It also includes the days you want to post, what you want to post (video, blog, image, etc.), and what you want to say. As a result, dedicating those content pillars to specific days of the week will give you the space to plan and be prepared.

Make repurposable contents

Everything should not come to waste–so find ways to repurpose your content. First, make sure your content talks to one another and can somehow connect. With those existing contents, you can save time by making one piece of content and magically turning it into 3-5 different pieces. 

For a blog post, you can take pieces of the blog and reformat it on social media while still keeping the content but trying to make a different approach and angle. You can apply this to your other works and check out which one performs well with your audience. 

An example of repurposing content would be:

  • Taking YouTube videos and creating shorter content pieces for TikTok or Reels 
  • Finding an older blog post that is still relevant and updating it
  • Taking a long-form video and turning it into a podcast.
Being overwhelmed is okay!

The feeling of being overwhelmed by content planning is inevitable so–it’s okay to feel it sometimes!
